we spent some time in morro bay with my parents :)  it was sweet and special.  I snuck out to fetch coffee and snap a few pictures in the morning light on the docks near our hotel.  It’s amazing  how sunshine brings life to the simplest things…although the spider would not call his work simple :)

So remiss in being here.  I am having a huge love affair with my camera :)

These were taken at bancroft gardens in walnut creek at dusk.   The gardens are so wonderful, housing primarily succulents.  I think they are short staffed, as the area appears to need a bit of grooming and loving.  It’s evident, however, how very long some of the plants have had a home there.  If you love succulents like I do, it’s worth a walk through.

Inspiration comes from so many sources for me….a consummate student of all things visual….blending of color, fabrics, textures and materials….a visual seeker of sorts.

Today, I’ll share a bit of runway fashion from John Galliano’s  recent runway show, his Ready to Wear 2010 line found via Vogue.co.uk.  I take it in as an overt example on what is fresh, and scale it back accordingly for future inspirational reference :)

Life is busy, life is full.  I am loving my family and holding my friends close….life is precious, life is fragile…honoring all that I have been given.

Keep your mind, heart, soul and spirit open…there is beauty in everything!
